Our office has been handling several matters of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for and against financial creditors as well as operational creditors representing them before various company law and appellate tribunals.

Our office is empanelled for Bank of India, Central Bank of India, and Punjab National Bank. We represent the banks before the High Court, Supreme Court and various tribunals such as Central Information Commission, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission etc.
