APPELLATE COURTS IN DELHI

There are many appellate courts in Delhi, being it a capital city. We draft, file and argue in all these courts on daily basis. Since the beginning of these courts, we have been practising in these courts on respective jurisdictions. It is important to note that we file appeals and revision petitions as a matter of routine for various consumer clients coming from various States, especially Southern States. National Consumer Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Armed Forces Tribunal, Electricity Tribunal, Central Information Commission, and Competition Commission of India, are the tribunals, that we regularly visit for the clients and argue the matter.
