JOB OPENINGS:

  1. OFFICE SECRETARY/ OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/ MANAGEMENT- 2 STAFF MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED
    • FEMALE / EAST DELHI- NOIDA- GHAZIABAD – PREFERRED- AGE GROUP BETWEEN 28 TO 50- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
      • Managing diaries/ court appointments/ information to lawyers/ senior lawyers/ co-ordination between clerks, clients and lawyers/ organising meetings and appointments, other office administration- email management- operating all the communication channels, organising various events and conferences, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation of lawyers / interns coming from out of Delhi, reminding everyone of important tasks /cases and deadlines- Proficiency in ENGLISH/HINDI IN WRITING AND SPEAKING IS MANDATORY-
      • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple applications/ forms. Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, laptops and other standard office equipment. Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares / sending of messages to the client/ stakeholders.
      • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
      • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, cheques etc.Take minutes of meetings and dictations, assist in office management and organization procedures. Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages. Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events and perform other office duties as assigned.
      • The office work at our office requires humility, efficiency with managing social media, good/gentle communication skills, as well as a collegial attitude towards the colleagues and other staff members. For the purpose of testing your skills, you will be required to attend two tier interviews.
      • On the appointment as a office staff, you will be given a job contract with a package of salary. Probationery period of 3 months is mandatory prior to joining our office as a permanent staff.

1. Bachelors degree in technological field or related field to conduct the campaigns on various events like Lily Thomas Memorial Lecture / Essay Competition in google, and other social platforms.

2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns for memorial lectures and essay competition.

3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, other tools, and analytics for growth strategies

4. Proficiency in Google Adwords and other online campaign platforms.

5. Strong analytical skills with technological attitude in growth strategies

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities –

  1. Develop, implement, and manage our clients’ social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts
  3. Analyze social media data and insights to optimize content and campaign performance.
  4. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for events like Memorial lectures and essay writing competition
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually strategies to boost the events we organise.
