Practice Areas: Constitutional Law | Civil & Criminal Litigation | Commercial Law | Family Law | Consumer Law | Regulatory | Administrative Law & Corporate Law
Role Overview:
We are inviting applications from committed advocates to join our full-time litigation practice. This role is intended for lawyers with a strong interest in court work, ethical advocacy, corporate law and public interest litigation. Part-time engagements are not permitted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation support from drafting to court appearances
- Legal research and drafting (pleadings, writs, notices, opinions)
- Appearances before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts & Tribunals
- Assisting Senior Advocates in complex matters
- Client interaction, case management & public interest advocacy
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Advocate with 3–5 years of litigation experience
- LL.B. from a recognized university & enrolled with a Bar Council in India
- Strong research, drafting & advocacy skills
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in SCC Online / Manupatra
- High ethical and professional standards
