About the Role
A Legal Associate at our office will play a vital role in end-to-end legal practice, including:
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on varied subjects.
- Drafting pleadings, writ petitions, suits, replies, legal notices, contracts, and legal opinions.
- Assisting in the preparation of briefs and case files for Senior Advocates.
- Appearing and arguing matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and District Courts across Delhi-NCR.
- Representing the office in proceedings before Tribunals and Commissions such as Consumer Forums, CAT, DRT, etc.
- Collaborating on writing for legal publications, articles, blogs, and contributing to research papers and books.
- Engaging with clients and maintaining regular case updates and communication.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Must be enrolled with a Bar Council in India and eligible to practice in courts.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
(Candidates who have completed a long-term internship with our office may be considered with lesser experience, subject to availability of vacancy.) - Demonstrated expertise in legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.
- Commitment to ethical legal practice, discipline, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Appear in court for effective representation in a range of matters.
- Assist in drafting and vetting of documents and litigation material.
- Prepare case summaries, compile judgments, and conduct legal analysis.
- Support senior counsels in strategizing complex litigation matters.
- Engage in drafting contributions for legal publications, firm updates, and academic works

Eligibility Criteria
Collaborating advocates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and enrollment with the relevant Bar Council.
- Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience before the High Court and subordinate courts.
- Proven experience in constitutional law, civil litigation, criminal defence, or public interest matters.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Ethical practice record, professional discipline, and ability to collaborate remotely with central teams.
- Familiarity with court procedures, e-filing systems, and local registry requirements.
