About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Office Secretary cum HR Manager to manage administrative, secretarial, and HR operations at our legal office in IP Extension, Delhi. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
🔹 Handle professional emails, correspondence, and documentation
🔹 Draft letters, reports, and presentations
🔹 Maintain confidential office, legal, and HR records
🔹 Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding support
🔹 Manage employee documentation
🔹 Act as a liaison between management and staff
🔹 Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Graduate from a recognised 1st- or 2nd-tier university (full-time, regular degree only)
✅ 1–5 years of experience in Secretarial / HR / Office Administration roles
✅ Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
✅ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting
✅ Preference for candidates residing within 10 km of IP Extension, Delhi
