Eligibility Criteria

Collaborating advocates must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and enrollment with the relevant Bar Council.
Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience before the High Court and subordinate courts.
Proven experience in constitutional law, civil litigation, criminal defence, or public interest matters.
Strong research and drafting skills.
Ethical practice record, professional discipline, and ability to collaborate remotely with central teams.
Familiarity with court procedures, e-filing systems, and local registry requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of continuous litigation experience before the District or Sessions Court.
Must have an operational law office/chamber in the city of practice.
Ability to coordinate, file, and represent matters on behalf of our clients.
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, client communication, and attending hearings.
Must be committed to professional integrity, timeliness, and responsive coordination.

Nature of Collaboration

Case-by-case referrals, co-counsel opportunities, and document preparation.
Joint filing and appearance in cases involving inter-state litigation or public interest matters.
Collaborative legal research, drafting, and procedural support at the ground level.
Opportunity to be part of landmark constitutional/public law litigation and advisory work.
