GUIDELINES FOR LEGAL WRITING
General Guidelines-
- All blogs, articles and research papers must be clear, precise and written grammatically correct English.
- Any writeup should be the original work of the author. All sources must be properly cited and plagiarism shall not exceed 10%, including citations. For citation, kindly follow Bluebook-20th Edition.
- Use of AI is strictly prohibited, any entry found to be in violation of the same shall be rejected.
- After an article, blog or research paper is submitted with us, the same shall not be given for publication elsewhere within 30 days of submission. You will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of your write up within the same period.
- Format of the write up shall be as follows- Font- Times new Roman, size-14, line spacing-1.5.
- Word limit for each entry is as follows-
a) Blog- 600-800 words
b) Article- 1200-1500 words
c) Research paper- 3000-5000 words (However, if the content is good, the maximum word limit need not be strictly adhered to).
