Eligibility & Skills Required
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in Design, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma)
- Sound knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMO (Social Media Optimization)
- Ability to create and manage content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Strong understanding of legal branding, professional tone, and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent English communication skills—written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics, banners, and visual creatives for web and social media
- Create engaging and legally appropriate content for social platforms
- Manage our firm’s online presence and brand visibility
- Conduct SEO optimization for website/blog content
- Assist in layout/design of legal publications, brochures, and reports
- Track analytics and provide regular performance updates on digital campaigns

We are seeking a Website Developer proficient in WordPress and PHP to manage, maintain, and enhance our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of backend and frontend web development and be able to deliver secure, fast, and user-friendly website experiences aligned with our firm’s professional brand.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Web Development or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress-based website development
- Proficiency in:
- PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)
- Database handling (MySQL)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with SEO-friendly development practices
- Experience in website maintenance, optimization, and security protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the client’s official website (WordPress-based)
- Build new pages, integrate plug-ins, and update design/content regularly
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and fast loading speed
- Implement on-page SEO and basic security measures
- Collaborate with our content and design team to publish blogs, case updates, and career announcements
- Ensure data privacy compliance and handle backups
