Our practice in public interest litigation is a direct continuation of Adv. Lily Thomas’s groundbreaking legacy, whose cases led to monumental reforms in the Indian electoral and family law system. We use the PIL mechanism in both a courageous and constructive manner to bring systemic issues akin to corruption, misuse of public office, gender injustice, and social welfare violations into the legal spotlight. We have successfully initiated and supported PILs that challenge entrenched structures of power, demanding greater transparency and judicial intervention. With a strategic and research-driven approach, we ensure that each petition is aimed towards ensuring public welfare and upholding constitutional values.
