The Delhi High Court has mandated that advocates must wear gowns when appearing in court, effective October 27, 2025.
The Registrar General, Arun Bhardwaj, issued the notice on October 10, 2025, which supersedes the earlier directive dated February 20, 2025.
To ensure wide dissemination, the administration has directed that the notice be published on the first page of the daily cause list for three consecutive days and uploaded to the High Court’s official website.
