Supreme Court at Full Strength Again: Justices Alok Aradhe and Vipul Pancholi Sworn In

New Delhi, Aug 29: Justices Alok Aradhe and Vipul Pancholi on Friday took oath as judges of the Supreme Court, restoring the apex court to its full sanctioned strength of 34 judges. The oath was administered by Chief Justice of India B.R. Gavai at a Full Court ceremony. Justice Pancholi, former Chief Justice of Patna High Court, is in line to become the Chief Justice of India from October 2031 to May 2033, while Justice Aradhe, former Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, will serve on the bench until April 2029.
